Reformation of the system for social dialogue in the country, for searching and finding of effective means and ways of solving the social and economic problems of each Bulgarian citizen.

• By reviving and consolidating the trust of the workers in the trade unions. People need strong trade-unions, who are ready each day to defend workers’ interests much more before the employers and much less – before the State.
• This would be possible if we create means for functioning of working structures in the private sector. Workers and employers (by corresponding changes in the Law system) would choose, directly and anonymously, their representatives, who would protect their interests before the employers – without populism and political opportunism.
• Although we do not deny the worker's rights of strikes and protests, we consider these an extreme form of protest. We believe that decisions should be made through dialogue and negotiations, which would on their part respect the interests of the parties and would be consistent with the laws of the country. We are open for dialogue and cooperation with all democratically inclined Bulgarians!
